How long before my item ships?
I work with a third party printing and shipping service, so there is some processing time, but most orders will ship in between 2-5 days. You can always reach out to me if you are concern that it has taken your item too long to ship.

This mug is AWESOME! It was a huge hit as a gift for Christmas. When my sister opened it, she absolutely loved it and sent a picture of it to several teachers in the school district. I have a feeling more teachers will be ordering it! I also received it earlier then expected, so extra bonus!
